Afin d'optimiser davantage les services pour nos membres et d'atteindre nos objectifs ambitieux, nous sommes à la recherche d'un profil proactif qui souhaite évoluer et grandir avec nous. À Evere, nous comptons environ 35 employés.

**Vous êtes le point de contact et de référence pour les membres de Traxio pour répondre à leurs questions.**

**Fonction**:
Cette fonction a pour objectif d’assurer la première ligne de support vers les membres en termes principalement (mais non limitée) d’aide.

Elle est située dans le département Member Services et collabore étroitement avec les autres départements de Traxio ; Connaissances et Expertises, Public Affairs, Marketing et Communication

**Tâches**:

- **Identifier les questions** récurrentes pour le contenu de l’info bulletin ;
- **Aider nos membres** à se connecter à nos différentes plateformes en ligne (Site Web, TraxioStat, Bon de commande );
- **CRM** : effectuer le tracking des questions afin de dégager les sujets les plus demandés. Préparer des statistiques sur les sujets demandés, les demandeurs,
- Préparer en collaboration avec le département Connaissances et Expertises **des outils de communication** (article, FAQ, séminaire, formations,) pour répondre de manière proactive aux demandes des membres ;
- **Informer** Public Affairs des sujets d’attention soulevés par les membres ;
- Informer les secrétaires de groupement des demandes de leurs membres et rapporter sur cette activité ;
- **Maintenir et utiliser les outils statistiques** afin d’aider les membres et de pouvoir leur fournir des données chiffrées ;
- **Participer aux projets de TRAXIO** dépendant de ces responsabilités.
- Accroitre de manière permanente ses **compétences juridiques et techniques** auprès du département Connaissances & Expertises ;
- Se tenir au courant de l’actualité du secteur afin d’anticiper les demandes des membres.

**Profil**:

- **Bon bilingue FR/NL** avec compréhension de l’anglais.
- Grandes capacités de **communication** (oral, écrit) afin de formuler de manière claire et simple une réponse aux demandes des membres.
- Formation supérieure en** comptabilité, économie, marketing, Automobile, (bachelier**) avec une affinité pour le secteur des professionnels de la mobilité.
- **Expérience de 2 ans** minimum dans ou grande affinité pour les secteurs couverts par notre confédération.
- Capacités analytiques pour rechercher des réponses globales aux demandes.
- Connaissances techniques : MS-Office avec une très bonne connaissance de MS-Excel
- Capacités commerciales de base pour positionner et promouvoir les services de la confédération.
- Connaissances souhaitables afin de pouvoir cadrer le contexte des demandes et pouvoir y répondre au mieux.
