The role:
- Serve as single point of contact for an External Storage Provider (=3PL) in BE scope
- Set daily priorities and follow-up operations between 3PL provider, transport, inventory deployment, order management, breweries, sales
- Build operational and tactical plan based on the volume forecast to ensure smooth operations as well as proper capacity and resource allocation
- Responsible for the asset management of the 3PL including coordination of stock difference, inventory count organization and other stock keeping routines
- Responsible for operational stock projection and overall warehouse utilization of the 3PL
- Define and follow-up performance via KPI’s, SLA’s.. in routine daily / weekly / monthly meetings with external storage providers
- Build strong relationship with 3PL warehouse team as well as with internal ABI stakeholders
- Bring continuous improvement and cost efficiency mind-set to 3PL team
Who we’re looking for:
- Master degree or equivalent by experience
- Minimally 3 years of experience in supply chain logistic environment
- Overview and understanding of logistic and supply chain processes: transport, inventory deployment, warehouse management...
- Experience in working in a process-oriented organization
- Project management
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English. French/Dutch (is an advantage)
- ERP SAP and WMS knowledge. TMS knowledge (is an advantage)
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
