**Your role**:
As First Operator/Line Manager, you will play a key role in running our production lines, ensuring that they operate at optimum levels in terms of safety, quality and productivity. You will be the right-hand man of the Production Lines Manager, contributing directly to the achievement of our production targets.
**Your responsibilities**:
- ** Management**:Training and monitoring your team, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and motivating team members with constructive feedback.
- ** Products**: Ensuring quality control of raw materials and finished products, and ensuring that packaging and labelling comply with standards.
- ** Infrastructure**: Manage production tools, maintain order and cleanliness, and check machine cleaning.
- ** Production**: Supervising the start-up and monitoring of production, minimising waste and anticipating requirements for future production.
- ** Documents and traceability**: Filling in the documents required for traceability and quality monitoring.
**Your profile**:
- Experience in team management in a production environment.
- Proven skills in quality and people management.
- Rigour, precision and proactivity.
- Basic technical understanding and ability to operate machinery.
- Fluency in French.
**Your status**:
- Worker
