My client has been an all-in supplier (B2B) of green energy solutions for nearly 15 years. The organization is part of an international group that, in addition to energy solutions, is also involved in establishing industrial projects in the manufacturing industry. The group has its main headquarters in Belgium and branch offices in the Netherlands, Asia, and the USA.

As a Sales Manager Europe, you will play a crucial role in expanding our European distribution network and establishing our future European branches. You will report directly to the CEO in Belgium.

**Specific expectations include**:

- Execute commercial action plans in line with the company's strategic plan and budget.
- Support the expansion of European markets and exports by developing excellent relationships with existing and new distribution partners. These customers are located in Belgium and the Netherlands, exporting to the entire Europe.
- Actively prospect in selected countries and further expand the distribution network in these areas. This includes strategizing on a per-country basis and determining the appropriate distribution channels while building a partner network for each country.
- Develop and lead a team of business developers responsible for the go-to-market strategy in countries where branches are established.
- Ensure follow-up of sales activities in designated export markets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, sales, supply chain management, and finance to ensure alignment.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to guarantee profitability and growth.
- Analyze and follow up on sales and market data to evaluate the success of the company's business strategy and make necessary adjustments to plans and budgets.

- 10 to 15 years of experience as a B2B sales leader in an international (scale-up) environment.
- Fluent communication in Dutch and English, with knowledge of German and/or Spanish being a definite plus.
- Location: You will be based at our new headquarters in the Hasselt area but must be willing to travel extensively.

**Procedure**
