We now have an opportunity to join the Polestar journey and be part of developing and shaping our customer service delivery within our Belgian market.

The focus in this role will be on service partner development to improve Customer loyalty over time - both from a product related perspective as well as consumer services perspective. The position will be based in Brussels, Belgium.

**What you'll do**

In this role, you will be securing our Customer Service-related activities and projects in Belgium and Luxembourg through our service partner network with a continuous dialogue with the our service partners, Polestar HQ and strategic partners. You will be responsible to ensure quality of customer service, including managing existing interactions and relationships with our partners and further improve existing processes and drive improvement concepts to secure customer loyalty.

Moreover, you will:

- Act as the Polestar Belgium field presence to partner network
- Be the first point of contact for partner network in customer service-related topics
- Follow-up and monitor all KPI’s and SLA related to Customer Service
- Secure, drive and support market activities to achieve high customer loyalty

**Who you are**

We are looking for you with a good business acumen and strong analytical skills. You have a great ability to co-operate and work in a team because you understand the importance of sharing experiences and learning from others. For you, communication is key, and you are a proactive problem solver. On top of this, you strive to work in a structured and efficient manner with a strong passion for cars and customers. We want you that understands customer needs and are in general an outgoing person that enjoys social interaction.

Further on, we believe you to have:

- Working experience in the automotive industry and automotive dealers
- A proven project manager, with ability to lead and inspire in various projects
- Minimum five years’ work experience

In this role, it is required that you are proficient in English, Flemish and French both verbally and in writing. Also, you will be expected to travel nationwide on occasion.
