**Wat je doet als Product Trainer**
Als Trainer is elke dag uniek. De ene dag rijdt u vroeg in de ochtend richting het zuiden van het land om een training te geven aan een groep installateurs, waarna u in de middag weer op kantoor bent om samen met uw collega te brainstormen over de verdere ontwikkeling van diverse trainingen. Tussendoor bellen collega’s u met technische vragen en zo wordt u al snel betrokken bij het volgende grote project: een marketingcampagne waarbij een nieuw product in de kijker wordt gezet.
Daarnaast haalt u energie uit:
1. Het organiseren en het geven van trainingen over technische en commerciële toepassingen van producten aan diverse externe doelgroepen (o.a. installateurs);
2. Ditzelfde doet u ook voor uw collega’s intern, u bent steeds nauw betrokken bij het inwerken van een nieuwe collega, maar daarnaast bent u ook van belang bij het introduceren van de nieuwe GROHE-producten aan al uw huidige collega’s;
3. Het ontwikkelen en toepassen van nieuwe trainingsmodules voor verschillende doelgroepen en het verwerken van nieuwe relevante informatie over deze producten;
4. Ontwikkelen en toepassen van diverse methodes om jouw verschillende doelgroepen te trainen, zoals bijvoorbeeld e-trainingen, webinars en dit tevens ook via Social Media.
**Wie bent u?**
- U beheerst: zowel de Franse, Nederlandse en de Engelse taal inzake spreken en schrijven.
- Communicatietalent: U houdt ervan om voor diverse doelgroepen te presenteren.
- Dynamisch: geen dag is hetzelfde. U vindt het aangenaam om een veelzijdige functie te hebben en bent daarnaast flexibel om zo af en toe buiten de standaard kantooruren te werken.
- Team player: twee collega’s zien en kunnen meer dan één. Samen iets opzetten en uitvoeren, daar staat u voor; maar daarnaast vindt u het ook prima om zelfstandig te werken.
- Analytisch: U weet hoe u uw doelgroep kunt bereiken, analyseert resultaten en gebruikt deze om de strategie te optimaliseren.
