We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team and introduce our innovative solutions to Belgian customers.

As an AE at Bizzy, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients, researching and targeting new business prospects, driving sales growth within assigned territories or accounts, and of course, closing deals. This role is located in Ghent, with flexibility for working from home for 2 days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with our sales team to determine which companies to target and the best approach to engage them.
- **Understanding Customer Needs**: Gain insights into the pain points and desired outcomes of prospects to help them achieve business success.
- **Solution Presentation**: Demonstrate how our Bizzy solution can help customers achieve their desired results.
- **Deal Closure**: Successfully close deals with both small businesses and large enterprises.
- **Collaboration with Marketing**: Collaborate with our marketing team to set up and support inbound marketing campaigns.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- **Passion for Sales and Technology**: You have a deep passion for sales and technology and are eager to sell innovative solutions.
- **Entrepreneurial and Results-Driven Mindset**: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven to achieve results.
- **Flexibility and Responsibility**: You are flexible, take ownership of your work, and adapt to changing situations.
- **Social and Communicative**: You are social, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a team environment.
- **Fluency in English and Dutch**: You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- **SaaS Sales Experience**: You have a minimum of two years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably with both SMEs and enterprise clients.
- **Ambition to Build a Sales Career**: You have the ambition to build a successful career in sales and grow within our team.
