In this role, you will combine both your governance and technical expertise to act as a thought leader with a broad knowledge in enterprise architecture, organisation governance and technical architecture.

Your primary role will be to act as trusted advisor for our clients contributing to the build and execution of their IT strategy based on your analysis of their business mission, vision and strategy.

The business consultant is mainly engaged with senior client stakeholders in existing NTT key accounts and new ones.

**Working at NTT**

After an initial familiarization with NTT methodologies and approaches, you will:
As specialized consultant:

- Conduct strategic transformation consulting engagements based on NTT internal methodology frameworks to gain “as-is” insight and develop a “to-be” enterprise-wide IT architecture and roadmaps combining the client’s business and IT departments.
- Translate the client objectives and vision into actionable projects and bridge the gap by proposing solutions using new techniques and methodologies (automation, agile practices, cloud native infrastructures,).
- Ensure hand-over of engagement information and pull-through opportunities (such as managed services,) to internal stakeholders.

As trusted advisor in a long-term relationship with clients:

- Act as driving person within our client’s environment to execute on the defined strategy by executing those projects and delivering the expected outcomes.
- Closely collaborate with program manager and centres of excellence, to deliver state of the art services to guarantee and enhance the long-term relationship with the client.
- Work proactively with sales team and look for additional opportunities.

As supportive consultant in presales phase:

- Guarantee the global coherency of proposed solutions.
- Participate in the elaboration and justification of complex business cases and/or customized pricing models.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**
- Bachelor in ICT at a minimum (Master strongly preferred) and relevant certifications or proven knowledge in TOGAF, ITIL and COBIT as well as in his expertise area.
- At least 7 proved years’ experience in architecture/consulting functions.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving ability as well as an appreciation for rigour and objectivity.
- Good business acumen allowing identification of business opportunities and our clients’ business needs, and delivery of consultative engagements in line with these.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and willingness to further maintain and broaden this knowledge.
- Strong operational foundation and consulting experience.
- Notions of project management and agile/devops methodologies are considered as a plus.
- Display persuasive and confident presentation.
- Emotional and stress resilience and ability to autonomously achieve challenging goals.
- Clear and persuasive communication (verbal and written) able to structure and adapt the message to the audience profile.
- Specific knowledge in one or several verticals like industry, Healthcare, Finance and Banking, European Institutions,is a strong advantage.
- Eligible and prepared to obtain NATO clearance if necessary.
- Fluent French or Dutch and good verbal and written knowledge of the other language as well as English.
