**Passionate about leading a team to guarantee customer satisfaction?**

You will supervise a **team of Customer Service Representatives**, maintain proactive relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis and serve as a focal point in handling complex queries such as exports within and outside the EU.The purpose of this role is to optimize customer satisfaction in a **dynamic supply chain environment**._As a _**Customer Support Team Lead**_, we expect you to:

- lead the daily activities of an assigned CSR team within the EA HQ office
proactively manage your team in providing quality and cost-efficient service to the internal and external customers for multiple EA region product lines
work closely together with other departments and service providers such as warehouses, terminals and carriers
coordinate and follow-up all aspects related to the complete customer order handling process
proactively manage relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders on a regular basis
serve as a focal point in handling complex queries
review processes & procedures in conjunction with business management to optimize the Customer Service process
use expertise to act as an organizational authority on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities
manage and deliver required outcomes for a portfolio of projects relevant to Customer Service as part of the bigger Supply Chain Operations performanceYou will report to the EA Supply Chain Operations Supervisor and will be able to work in a hybrid manner (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

**Your ideal profile**

Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience
3 to 6 years of experience in an international environment with preferably a first experience in a supervising role
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide guidance in a transparent and trustworthy fashion
Proven experience in monitoring, interpreting and understanding plans, policies & procedures
Result oriented with good planning, organizing and prioritizing skills
Change agent, innovative, analytical & process minded
Language skills: English is a must-have, any additional language is a plus since we are working with multiple nationalities of customers and colleagues
- Computer literate: MS Office tools e.g. Excel, Teams, PowerBI, SAP
Knowledge of incoterms and payment terms (letter of credit) is a big asset_
