Vous êtes **récemment diplômé(e) d'un bachelier ou d'un master** et vous souhaitez commencer votre carrière dans une entreprise innovante et dynamique ? Vous recevrez une formation intensive sur le monde passionnant de l'énergie. Pas seulement sur les aspects techniques, mais aussi sur les compétences non techniques et les outils utilisés. Grâce à cette expertise, vous serez bien équipé pour ensuite apporter votre propre soutien et assurer la formation de vos collègues du service clientèle.
En tant que **Business Support Customer Service**, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes:
- En soutien au personnel en première ligne, vous traiterez les problèmes non standard des clients et répondrez à leurs questions complexes,
- Vous collaborez avec d'autres équipes pour résoudre des dossiers et/ou des problèmes complexes impliquant plusieurs interlocuteurs internes.
- Vous contribuez à l'élaboration de cours de formation et assurez la formation du personnel du service clientèle.
- Vous apportez un soutien autonome aux agents de première ligne pour les questions complexes et/ou spéciales et/ou plus techniques.
- Vous êtes le point de contact principal pour les clients avec lesquels vous avez des contacts réguliers. Vous êtes à l'écoute de leurs besoins et de leurs attentes et agissez de manière proactive
- Si nécessaire, vous rencontrez le client. Vous proposez des pistes d'amélioration et participez au processus d'amélioration continue
**Je profiel**:
- Vous êtes **jeune diplômé(e)**, titulaire d'un **bachelier** ou d'un **master**:
- Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du **français **et une bonne connaissance de base du néerlandais.
- Vous êtes très orienté client, empathique et trouvez du plaisir à résoudre les problèmes des autres.
- Vous êtes organisé, vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et vous êtes analytique
- Vous êtes prêt à vous investir et à apprendre beaucoup sur le secteur de l'énergie.
