- _Nous sommes à la recherche d’un People & Culture (HR) Manager. En tant que P&C Manager, vous serez responsable pour le département RH de la filiale Primark Liège._
**La fonction**:
En tant que P&C Manager, vous veillerez à ce que nos collaborateurs apprécient de travailler pour l’entreprise en gérant bien la culture et les politiques de ressources humaines.
En tant que P&C Manager au sein de Primark, vous gérerez le département des ressources humaines à l’aide d’une série d’outils de gestion des ressources humaines. Vous serez le sparring partner du Store Manager, lui fournissant des conseils sollicités et non sollicités.
Il vous incombe également, ainsi qu’au Store Manager, de gérer le budget du personnel afin de garantir des niveaux de dotation optimaux. En tant que P&C Manager, vous devez notamment veiller à ce que la bonne personne travaille dans le bon rayon au bon moment, grâce à une bonne procédure de recrutement et de sélection et à un bon programme de formation.
Bien entendu, vous ne faites pas cavalier seul. L’équipe RH de Primark comprend également un P&C Supervisor et un P&C Assistant avec lesquels vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration et que vous gérerez également.
**Votre profil**:
- vous êtes titulaire d’un Bachelor ou d’un Master en RH ou d’une expérience équivalente
- vous êtes **bilingue français/néerlandais** et avez un bon niveau en anglais
- vous avez **au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans une fonction de manager RH** ou vous avez **de l’expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe RH** (de préférence dans un environnement de vente au détail)
- vous êtes capable de vous imposer dans un environnement dynamique
- vous êtes flexible et résistant au stress
- vous êtes un interlocuteur solide pour la direction, doté d’une force de persuasion naturelle
- vous êtes organisé et structuré vous savez motiver et enthousiasmer les autres
