In your role as
**Trade Marketeer & Communication Specialist**, reporting to the Product & Training Manager, you will be part of the Elco Solution Center of Elco Belgium.
You will support in marketing strategy activities aligned with the brand strategy with a focus on brand awareness, distribution of our product to increase our market share, correct price for a quality product and after sales service. You will be following-up he product assortment, leaflets, posters, fairs, customer trips, events, strategic plans, product launches, trainings, technical support of the sales team to the maintenance of the website.
**Your main responsibilities include**:
**1. Visibility of the ELCO brand**
- Maintenance and expansion of the Selecto program (installer partners).
- Marketing support for our wholesale partners.
- Writing texts in both national languages for promotional purposes (brochures, advertisements,...).
- Development of actions/promotions/campaigns in consultation with the Sales team.
- Follow-up of the results of the established actions/promotions/campaigns in order to evaluate the effectiveness and make adjustments for the next actions/promotions/campaigns.
- Website management/web care activities/social media.
- Drawing up and maintaining price catalogues in cooperation with the product manager.
- Organising and participating in national and regional trade fairs, information evenings.
- Advising our customers/partners in the field of communication.
- Supporting all kinds of activities: launching new products, training.
- Working with existing suppliers for prints, advertisements, campaigns.
**2. Budget & Administration**
- Management and follow-up of the marketing budget in consultation with the Sales manager in order to maximise investments.
- Participate in the setting up and execution of the marketing & sales calendar.
- Analysing price settings, actions/promotions/campaigns of the competition and communicating about this on a monthly basis with the sales team.
- Support to and collaborating with the sales department.
- All kinds of administrative tasks that are marketing related and in support of other departments (logistics, service department,...).
**Required knowledge & skills**
- Bachelor degree in Marketing Communication or equivalent.
- Solid experience of 3-4 years in an international environment.
- Have a feel for technology (heating sector).
- You must be able to communicate technical messages clearly.
- You are proactive.
- You act, someone who brings something to an organisation.
- You have a powerful personality.
- Perfectly bilingual (NL+FR) and a good knowledge of English (you will have international contacts with the German Elco Division and Ariston Group.
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of SAP, Quarkexpress and/or Indesing is an asset.
- Good understanding of the local market and consumer behaviour.
- Being a strong team player.
- Ability to think critically and creatively.
- Energetic and pro-active.
- Organisational skills, ability to set priorities and multi-task.
