**Who are we?**:
Pointerpro is an ambitious software company that was included 3 times in the Deloitte Fast 50, an annual selection of the 50 fastest growing Belgian technology companies.
We develop and commercialize a unique tool to create engaging online assessments and personalized reports.
Our goal is to accelerate the digitization of consultancy companies worldwide with these automatic, tailor-made advisory reports, and we recently received an extra investment round to grow even faster.
With customers like AstraZeneca, CapGemini, BNP Paribas, KBC, New York Life, Deloitte, and many more, our customer base is already spread over 56 different countries. But this only means there are 140 countries left worldwide to touch base, and we’re going for it
**What will you do?**:
- Onboarding new customers: familiarising new users with the platform according to a structured onboarding system.
- Being the first point of contact for new customers as they navigate the tool.
- Following up on the customer’s progress and prioritizing their timelines
- Making it a main priority to assist customers with completing the development of their first projects
- Working closely with the Sales and Support teams to ensure a smooth experience for the customer from the end of the sales cycle until the handover upon the completion of the onboarding process.
- Identifying potential Professional Services deals
- Follow-up customers after project completion: ensure that they get the full benefit from our software.
- And also: Have fun with the team while working hard.
**What do you bring to the table?**:
- You have a customer-first attitude and great communication skills.
- You are a team player but you can also work independently with limited supervision.
- You are a Belgian resident who's fluent in English (C2). Dutch and French are a plus.
- You have a hands-on, pragmatic mentality & you’re a fast learner willing to learn our software, in depth.
- Ability to explain complex technical aspects in a clear and easy way.
- Willingness to engage with the customer and build a sense of trust.
- Patient and respectful while dealing with possible issues.
- Good communication skills and thinking on the spot.
- Friendliness and an open mind.
