Spécialiste en Support Informatique

En tant que Spécialiste en Support Informatique, tu seras le maître de notre réseau informatique, garantissant une expérience optimale pour notre équipe. Ton rôle se divise en deux axes passionnants:
**Axe 1 : Support de base = Help desk**
- Fournir un support de premier niveau et une assistance technique pour l'ensemble de notre équipe, de nos sièges aux points de vente.
- Gérer l'attribution/création d'accès nécessaires et assurer la formation continue du personnel.
- Être le héros qui résout les problèmes, que ce soit en personne ou en collaborant avec des fournisseurs externes.
- Veiller à la mise à jour régulière des logiciels essentiels.
**Axe 2 : Technical Support = Mise en place et gestion de projet IT**
- Gérer et configurer le matériel informatique, des ordinateurs aux imprimantes, en passant par les périphériques et les appareils de téléphonie.
- Être le point de contact privilégié avec les fournisseurs de matériel.
- Proposer des améliorations continues pour les performances des équipements.
- Suivre les tendances du marché, faire des propositions motivées au Directeur Financier, et diagnostiquer continuellement l'utilisation des équipements.
- Assurer la disponibilité et l'efficacité des systèmes de sauvegarde.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Bachelier en informatique avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience.
- Compétences avancées en Microsoft, VLAN, VPN, DNS, Switch, Cyber Security, Vmware, SAP, Veeam backup, Synology, et au moins un langage de Scripting.
- Rapidité dans l'installation de logiciels.
- Autonomie, précision, structure, rigueur, curiosité, flexibilité.
- Proactivité, esprit d'initiative, résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences de communication et de vulgarisation, appréciation du travail d'équipe.
- Connaissance du change management et d'ITIL.
