MS Amlin Insurance S.E. maakt deel uit van de MS & AD Group en kent een lange traditie in het verzekeren van grote en internationale bedrijven. Hiervoor beschikken we in België over een uitgebreide expertise op het gebied van aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen, technische verzekeringen, brandverzekeringen, transportverzekering en verzekeringen voor wagenparken.
Opererend vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Brussel met verschillende vestigingen in Europa biedt MS Amlin Insurance S.E. wereldwijde verzekeringen aan in combinatie met lokale kennis en ervaring.
In België halen we een brutopremie van ongeveer € 150 miljoen en hebben een 120-tal mensen in dienst.
We zijn op zoek naar administratieve ondersteuning voor onze zetel in Brussel:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van polissen in onze fleetafdeling, in combinatie met de administratieve ondersteuning van onze Salesafdeling;
- Je zorgt voor het opstellen van polissen en bijvoegsels, het uitgeven van premies en afleveren van attesten. Kortom, je zorgt ervoor dat elke polis administratief op punt staat;
- Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze makelaars op administratief vlak;
- Je staat regelmatig in contact met collega’s van andere afdelingen (onderschrijvers, boekhouding, claims);
- Je hebt oog voor detail en kan zelfstandig werken;
- Je rapporteert aan de Team Leader.
Je takenpakket
- Polissen en bijvoegsels opstellen volgens de instructies van de onderschrijver;
- Gegevens registreren in het softwarepakket;
Profiel
- U heeft bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in de verzekeringssector;
- Je bent tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans) zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
- Een basiskennis Engels is mooi meegenomen;
- Je bent vaardig in toepassingen zoals Excel en Word;
- Je bent een teamplayer maar kan ook zelfstandig werken;
- Je bent klant
- en servicegericht en gaat proactief op zoek naar de juiste oplossing;
- Jouw grootste troeven zijn nauwkeurigheid en kwaliteitsvol werk afleveren;
- Je bent steeds bereid om bij te leren.

Gestionnaire en Assurances

En Belgique, nous disposons d’une expertise approfondie des assurances responsabilités, assurances techniques, assurances incendie, assurances dans le domaine du transport et les assurances pour les parcs automobiles.
Depuis son siège principal à Bruxelles et ses différentes entités en Europe, MS Amlin Insurance SE propose des solutions d’assurances dans le monde entier et dispose de grandes connaissances et d’une expérience du marché local.
En Belgique, nous atteignons une prime brute d’environ 150 millions et comptons plus ou moins 120 collaborateurs.
Pour notre siège de Bruxelles, nous sommes à la recherche d’un gestionnaire en assurances:
- Vous êtes responsable de la gestion des polices fleet et vous apportez du soutien administratif à notre département Sales;
- Vous rédigez les polices et avenants, vous émettez les primes et fournissez les attestations. En bref, vous assurez le suivi administratif de chaque police ;
- Vous êtes la personne de référence pour nos courtiers pour toutes les questions administratives ;
- Vous êtes régulièrement en contact avec les collègues des autres départements (souscription, comptabilité, sinistre);
- Vous avez l’œil pour le détail et pouvez travailler de manière autonome.;
- Vous rapportez au Team Leader.
Vos tâches
- Rédiger les polices et avenants selon les instructions de la souscription ;
- Enregistrer les données dans nos programmes ;
Votre profil
- Vous avez de préférence une première expérience dans le secteur des assurances ;
- Vous êtes bilingue (français/ néerlandais) aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Une connaissance de base de l’anglais est un plus ;
- Vous maîtrisez des outils tels que Excel et Word;
- Vous êtes un teamplayer, mais vous pouvez aussi travailler de manière indépendante ;
- Vous êtes orienté service et client et cherchez la bonne solution de manière proactive ;
- Vos plus grands atouts sont le travail de qualité et la précision ;
- Vous souhaitez toujours en apprendre plus.
