**Job Title**: Sales Specialist Magnetic Resonance
**In this role, you have the opportunity to**
Develop and execute a strategic and tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of products / product portfolio of Magnetic Resonance (MR) in the domain of Diagnostic Imaging. You will be responsible to drive the overall MR Business in Belgium and Luxembourg and support Account Managers in pre and post sales activities. You will drive and support product and solution deals by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.
**You are responsible for**
- Participating in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines;
- Recommending customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets;
- Assisting Account Managers with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understanding and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supporting where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation.
- Supporting the Account Managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals including and validating product forecasts;
- Partnering with Marketing to with input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats, which enable Marketing to best support the Specialists and provide input to the BG/BIU;
- Preparing and delivering accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management;
- Monitoring competition and changes in the industry, and providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings;
- Driving continuous improvements via Lean.
**You are a part of**
The Philips Healthcare Benelux Market Organization. The Philips BNL Healthcare Organization is the sales and service organisation with roughly 400 employees, with 135 active in Philips BeLux organization. You will be part of the Benelux Diagnostics Imaging team and report into the Business Marketing Manager.
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in medical imaging and preferably clinical sales
- Presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment.
- Self-driving team player; Frequently interacts with doctors and clinical physicists at our customers.
- Able to think and act cross boundaries and work in virtual multidisciplinary teams.
- Able to work independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.
- Customer oriented and stress resistant;
