Als Front Office Stagiair ben jij het visitekaartje van het hotel. Je bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het bezorgen van een geweldige ervaring voor iedere hotelgast. Na een inwerkperiode ga je zelfstandig in
- en uitchecken en voer je alle administratieve handelingen uit die noodzakelijk zijn om een Front Office in een hotel succesvol te managen. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de gasten, beantwoord al hun vragen en verschaft ze van uiteenlopende informatie. Tevens leer je vaardigheden op het gebied van upselling en klachtenafhandeling.
In België heeft Minor Hotels 12 vestigingen. Deze zijn gelegen in Brussel en Vlaanderen. Graag helpen wij studenten in Hotel en Tourisme bij het ontdekken van de verschillende facetten van deze ontzettend leuke branche. Daarom zoeken wij nu een aantal stagiaires voor onze hotels.
Minor Hotels is een toonaangevende hoteleigenaar, exploitant en investeerder in Thailand, Azië en de rest van de wereld. Vanaf ons eerste pand in Thailand hebben we een divers portfolio opgebouwd van meer dan 540 hotels, resorts en branded residences verspreid over zes continenten. In 2018 heeft Minor Hotels de NH Hotel Group overgenomen en daarmee onze aanwezigheid in Europa vergroot en u wereldwijd meer mogelijkheden geboden.
