...you know the ins and outs of reception operations like the back of your hand. Do you have the backbone for the job? We’re looking for a sociable yet decisive go-getter who’s ready to grow with us and take things to the next level. Our hotel is relatively large, and while the reception is staffed, it could use a guiding hand. That’s where you come in as Front Office Supervisor. Luckily, you’ll also have the chance to get back behind the familiar reception desk from time to time to welcome guests. With your natural smile, you make every guest feel at home. Rainy days—whether it’s difficult guests or unexpected challenges—don’t faze you. You’re a problem-solver who knows how to turn situations around and make the best of them.
You’re an expert in your field
With your experience and knowledge, you can support and train reception staff. You truly live up to your reputation as an improver. Being able to navigate the reception system effortlessly is second nature to you. Additionally, we expect a good dose of flexibility and independence.
