**_Job Summary_**
The role is Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

**_ Duties/ Responsibilities_**
- Internal Help Desk service for IQGeo employees using Jira (Triaging all tickets and escalating as necessary)
- User PC configuration, deployment, and support including lifecycle management
- Establish and administer user profiles, distribution lists, security policies, etc.
- Provide technology training and IT orientation for new employees
- Maintain system and network documentation (Knowledge base for employees and internal standard operating procedures)
- Maintain MS Entra and MS Office 365
- Evaluate and/or recommend purchases of computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Work in conjunction with IT peers in other IQGeo entities to provide a seamless global IT infrastructure and responsive user services.
- Ensure compliance with ISO27001 including patching and monitoring
- Asset tracking (e.g., Reconciliation of IT hardware to finance fixed asset register)
**_ Required Skills/Abilities_**
- Must have experience with Microsoft systems such as Windows 10/11, and Office 365.
- Must have Microsoft Entra experience
- Nice to have - experience with macOS, Android and iOS
- Nice to have - Basic SharePoint Administration
- Nice to have - Exposure to mobile device management (Intune)
- Nice to have - PowerShell
- Nice to have - Jira Service Management and Confluence
- Ability to undertake occasional overseas travel
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at once
- Excellent personnel and communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and analysis skills
- Flexibility on working time
- Time management, ability to work on your own initiative
**_ Education and Experience_**
- Desired technical degree from accredited university or relevant IT Certification.
- Desired demonstrated experience in delivering technical services, interacting with end users, and hands-on systems administration experience
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an IT support environment
**_ Work Permits & Visas_**
You must already have the right to work permanently in Belgium.
