IT Service Manager

In deze functie bouwt deze het netwerk uit en onderhoud de Service Manager contacten met alle afdelingen van de Stafdienst ICT. Deze zorgt ervoor dat de effectiviteit van de ICT-dienst verhoogt. Een greep uit het takenpakket als Service Manager:
Coördineren van en toezicht houden op het werk van de medewerkers;
Vertalen van de algemene planning in concrete actieplannen;
Zorgen voor een transparante communicatie over de status van IT-projecten naar de hiërarchie/klant en het projectteam;
Assisteren van het management bij beslissingen over IT investeringen met gedetailleerde business cases;
Opvolgen van het budget van je team in mandagen;
Realiseren van de services met het eigen Delivery team, maar ook nauw samenwerken met de verschillende teams van de pijler Service
Operation die instaan voor het beheer van de IT infrastructuur;
Rapporteren aan de Business Partner van je pijler;
Leiden of coördineren van een team of meerdere teams. Leiding geven aan analisten, ontwikkelaars, testers en architecten om de services
van de portefeuille te doen evolueren volgens business of IT-behoeften;
Bij een onderbreking van de service samen zoeken met de teams van Service Operation naar oplossingen en verzekeren dat de vereiste
ICT-diensten hersteld worden. Zo wordt de continuïteit van de werking van de organisatie verzekerd.
Lijst vereiste technische competenties
Hebben van een goede kennis hebben van de Agile-werkmethoden en -principes;
Vertrouwd zijn met de werking en het beheer van IT systemen;
Ervaring hebben met IT-ontwikkelingskostenramingstools;
Vertrouwd zijn met methodologieën voor de ontwikkeling en het beheer van applicaties;
Hebben van ervaring in programma
- en wijzigingsbeheer;
Hebben van goede kennis van IT Servicemanagement volgens de ITIL methodologie.
Kennis van het engels en minstens een van de officiële landstalen
Ervaring in een publike sector is een groot pluspunt
