IT Service Delivery Manager

For our IT department, located in **Brussels**, EQUANS (the new name of ENGIE Solutions in Belgium) is looking for 2 experienced and **senior** **IT** **Service** **Delivery** **Managers** (SDM), willing to be part of an ongoing adventure.
**As a SDM, you are in charge of**:
- defining the appropriate service organization for the portfolio you manage
- defining the budget
- being (operationally) in charge of its corresponding sourcing strategy
- defining SLA’s, OLA’s, 3rd party contracts
- prepare the (ongoing and future) projects to service move
- day to day run activities and small evolutive change requests
In your role:
- you are part of the delivery community, consisting around 40 persons
- you report to the Head of Digital Platforms
- you are considered as a senior delivery expert and as such have impact on our way of working
**Your skills and knowledge**
- you have proven experience in setting up or operating services according to the best practices
- you have a budgeting experience
- you are ITIL oriented and have experience with different organizational set ups with different levels of maturity
- depending on the scope you will manage, (delivery) experience in one or more of the following areas is an important but not mandatory plus:
- Salesforce (but any service delivery experience with CRM or ERP oriented solutions will be taken into consideration)
- ITSM tools, in casu ServiceNow
- engineering tools such as Autocad
- you show leadership, are communicative and can easily set up the operational networking relations in a complex organization
- you are pragmatic but also result oriented, you are hands-on oriented
- ideally, you speak fluently English, Dutch & French
