C-SITE zoekt een Operations Coordinator (m/v/x)
**Wat is je rol?**
Je hebt de kans om deel uit te maken van de verdere groei van C-SITE en mee te werken aan technologische ontwikkelingen.
**Jobomschrijving**
- Je komt terecht op de Operations afdeling van een dynamisch bedrijf.
- Je bent eerstelijns support contact voor onze klanten bij hard
- en softwareproblemen. (helpdesk - mail & telefoon)
- Je bereidt hardware voor de installateurs voor en configureert deze op maat van de klant.
- Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om deze producten te leren kennen met assistentie van ervaren collega’s.
- Je staat in voor de planning van de installaties en interventies bij klanten, in samenspraak met het sales team, de installateurs en de klanten.
- Je test gebruikte systemen op functionaliteit.
- Je creativiteit wordt gewaardeerd bij het oplossen van problemen.
- Je beheert de stock en staat op termijn ook in voor de aankoop van hardware.
- Je gaat op termijn ook on-site om voorafgaande technische site surveys uit te voeren.
Je vaardigheden
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een technische richting, bij voorkeur in elektronica, elektromechanica of ICT (met een hoge affiniteit voor elektronica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Enige werkervaring is een plus.
- Je bent gepassioneerd door technologie.
- Je hebt een brede interesse in hardware en software en je bent bereid om bij te leren.
- Je bent bereid om de werking en het onderhoud van onze producten onder de knie te krijgen aan de hand van handleidingen en assistentie van de collega’s.
- Je bent assertief, communicatief vaardig en klantgericht. Je treedt makkelijk in overleg met de verschillende betrokken partijen.
- Je kan zelfstandig en efficiënt werken, kan goed plannen en prioriteiten stellen.
- Je bent proactief en hands-on.
- Je bent een team player.
- Je werkt vlot met de meest gangbare IT-applicaties. Kennis van Linux, netwerken, programmeren (voornamelijk python) is een pluspunt.
- Je bent vlot in het Nederlands, met goede kennis (spreken en schrijven) van het Engels en Frans. Duits of een andere taal is een pluspunt.
