**Description du poste**
Aanwerving van een milieucoördinators binnen de Business Unit BESIX België-Luxemburg voor de milieukundige begeleiding en opvolging van onze projecten in Vlaanderen en Brussel.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- het milieukundig adviseren en ondersteunen van de QHSE Tender manager bij de opmaak van aanbestedingsdossiers voor de aanbestedingen die tot uw regio behoren met een specifieke focus op vlak van vergunningen, grondverzet, bemaling en GHG management.
- het opvolgen van de Vlaamse en/of Brusselse milieuwetgeving, het bijhouden van het register van wettelijke milieuverplichtingen voor de aan u toegewezen projecten en het opvolgen van het niveau van legal compliance binnen de organisatie door middel van werfbezoeken en audits.
- op de aan u toegewezen projecten, ondersteunt u het projectteam bij:
- de implementatie en opvolging van het IS014001 gecertificeerde milieumanagement-systeem
- de opmaak, implementatie en opvolging van het CO2 projectplan op de projecten welke gegund zijn met CO2 Prestatieladder voordeel. U denkt actief mee bij de bepaling van GHG reducerende maatregelen. U staat ook in voor de halfjaarlijkse GHG footprint berekening en interne communicatie.
- het aanvragen van de nodige vergunningen (bemalingen, inname publiek terrein, asbestverwijdering,...)
- het behalen van de milieucertificering van gebouwen (BREEAM, LEED, HQE...) en dit in samenwerking met de afdeling Engineering - duurzaamheid.
- het melden, rapporteren, onderzoeken en analyseren van milieu-incidenten en non-conformiteiten. U staat ook in voor de interne communicatie van de geleerde lessen en/of beste praktijken binnen de organisatie
- de interne en externe milieurapportageverplichtingen conform het ISO14001 milieumanagementssysteem;
- interne sensibilisering door het verzorgen van interne milieuopleidingen en interne communicatie;
- actief deelnemen aan de continue verbetering van het ISO14001 gecertificeerd milieumanagementsysteem en verwante milieubeheerprogramma's (afval, mobiliteit, energie, GHG, biodiversiteit, water,..).
- actief deelnemen aan het behoud van het niveau 5 CO2 bewustcertificaat door deel te nemen aan interne en externe (sector)initiatieven, door te participeren in dialoogsessies met externe stakeholders en door actief mee te werken aan de halfjaarlijkse voortgangsrapportering.
U werkt binnen het QHSE Dept en in nauwe samenwerking met zowel de reeds aanwezige milieucoordinatoren (3) en interne preventie-adviseurs.
U heeft de mogelijkheid tot permanente bijscholing
**Qualifications**
- U bent erkend milieucoördinator of hebt minstens 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- U heeft ervaring en/of intrinsieke interesse in GHG management en rapportering.
- Ervaring in de bouwsector is een meerwaarde maar geen noodzaak.
- Opleiding: master of science in milieu & preventie
- drietalig (NL, FR en EN)
- ervaring in het aanvragen van milieuvergunningen en advies verlening in zowel grondverzet als wateronttrekking binnen Vlaanderen. Indien u de ervaring niet heeft voor Brussel en Wallonie bent u bereid zich in hierbij bij te scholen.
- Bereid zich te verplaatsen naar de projecten in Vlaanderen en Brussel. Standplaats is ofwel het kantoor in Zwijnaarde of het hoofdkantoor in Brussel.
