De job in een notendop:
Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt de verschillende onderdelen van IT-servicemanagement voor de verschillende interne en externe platformen.
Je stemt af met leveranciers, interne klanten en collega's. Zo zorg je ervoor dat de dienstverlening van hoge kwaliteit is. Je behandelt alle punten die betrekking hebben op dit gebied met het oog op een adequate respons en verbeteringen.
Je participeert actief in de verschillende governance commissies met leveranciers.
Je volgt de SLA's die zijn opgesteld met de leveranciers volgens de contracten.
Zoeken naar verbeteringen en problemen oplossen behoren tot je dagelijkse bezigheden.
