In het kader van het continue streven naar het leveren van een excellente service aan onze klanten, is P&V Groep op zoek naar een Manager Channel Service Centers, om binnen de Directie Channel Management, leiding te geven aan 3 operationele Service Center teams.

Als lid van het management team Channel Management, bepaal je mee de strategie van Channel Service Centers, in lijn met de strategie die aangereikt is door de Directie Channel Management en de Groep P&V.

Je taken

Vanuit je rol als Manager Channel Service Centers:

- Ga je pro-actief en in samenwerking met de respectievelijke team leads (3), op zoek naar de beste organisatie structuur en tools om de verschillende types van klanten een aangepaste en excellente service aan te bieden, of het nu een particuliere klant met of zonder tussenpersoon, een P&V agent, een Vivium makelaar of één van onze B2B partners betreft.
- Definieer je KPI’s met het oog op het opvolgen van de klantgerichtheid, efficiëntie, productiviteit en rendabiliteit van je teams en rapporteer je hierover op een accurate manier aan de directie.
- Durf je de huidige manier van werken (processen, tools, organisationele structuur) te challengen, doe je de nodige analyses en werk je business cases uit om te zorgen dat je teams over de juiste tools kunnen beschikken voor de uitvoering van hun taken.
- Loods je vervolgens je organisatie en alle betrokken partijen door de eventuele projecten en daarmee gepaard gaande change. Als ervaren people en change manager, doe je dit met respect en openheid naar je medewerkers en naar de verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
- Waak je over het well-being van je medewerkers, je coacht en begeleidt hen en helpt hen verder ontwikkelen opdat talent aanwezig is én blijft binnen de verschillende teams: het Service Center Intermediary Administration (“Producentenbeheer”), Service Center Customers (“Contact Center”), het Service Center Brokerage.

Je profiel
- Jij hebt een Master diploma en een 10-tal jaar ervaring als people manager, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector of bredere dienstensector. Idealiter heb je bewezen ervaring in het leiden change management trajecten.
- Kennis van de verzekeringssector is een voordeel, maar heb je deze niet en kan je wel terugkijken op ervaring in de dienstverlenende sector / consulting, staan we zeker ook open om je profiel te overwegen.
- Je combineert strategisch inzicht en management skills met een pragmatische aanpak en sterk analytisch inzicht.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, met een goede kennis van het Frans of omgekeerd. Uiteraard kan je je ook goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
- Je bent communicatief en je houdt ervan om presentaties te geven, analyses te presenteren, op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
- Je houdt ervan om impact te hebben, om mee een verhaal te schrijven en dingen in beweging te brengen terwijl je op een respectvolle en constructieve manier blijft communiceren met verschillende niveaus.
