**Description de l'annonce**:
You will act as a multi-tasks key support for the HR Legal & Social Affairs team in Belgium and assist the team in the day-to-day administration. You will join a small team within a large company, where good ideas and improvement are welcome and where we can rely on each other. You will report to the HR Legal & Social Affairs Manager and will be based in our HQ in Louvain-la-Neuve.
- You will be responsible for the whole practical organization of our European events with Management and Unions (80 people in June and 3 smaller committees during the year). This includes practical coordination and follow up with hotels, conference centers, translators/interpreters, contacts with unions/managers for practical issues, preparation of the presentations and writing the minutes.
- You will also support the team in various administrative tasks, such as the preparation of all Belgian HR communications, the practical organization of meetings with the Belgian unions, the follow-up of the invoices and data entry..

**Votre profil**:

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a management assistant role to ensure rapidly the administrative and organizational quality of the department.
- Fluent in French. Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (good skills in English to organize European meetings and able to work in trilingual documents (FR/EN/NL).
- You are a very good event-organizer, managing the stress of setting up international events and have good communication & IT skills.
- You are service-minded, rigorous and have a strong sense of confidentiality
- You are looking for a part-time (50%)
