Als beheerder is het jouw missie om een snelle en kwalitatieve behandeling te verzorgen aan onze klanten en makelaars bij hun aanvragen van nieuwe zaken of wijzingen in hun contracten. Hierbij zorgen we in team dat de administratieve taken correct en transparant worden afgewerkt en om een duidelijke communicatie te geven aan onze contactpersonen. Daarnaast staan we onze klanten of makelaars te woord indien ze vragen hebben over hun contracten. Als beheerder kan je zowel administratief als telefonisch te werk gaan.

**Als beheerder, rekenen we op jou voor volgende taken**:
**Beheer**
- De verwachtingen van de klanten/makelaars begrijpen en kunnen beantwoorden op de meest gunstige manier terwijl de regels van onderschrijving en servicing worden nageleefd.
- Duidelijke communicatie naar de klant/makelaars indien er iets van hem wordt gevraagd.
- Steeds zorgen voor een excellente administratieve afwerking (digitalisatie, nota’s,).
- Opvolging van binnengekomen (validatie)taken die via verschillende tools worden ontvangen.
**Service**
- Een positieve klantenervaring bieden door de vragen te beantwoorden, aanvragen te verwerken en de beste oplossing te bieden voor eventuele problemen en/of verzoeken van de klant/makelaar.
- Actief luisteren naar de behoeften van de klant/makelaar om hem het meest geschikte antwoord of oplossing te kunnen geven.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de klant/makelaar zich op de juiste manier gesteund en gewaardeerd voelt.
**Telefonie**
- Telefonische bereikbaarheid van de dienst verzekeren.
- Follow-up activiteiten afwerken die voortvloeien uit een gesprek.
**Continuous**_ _**improvement**
- Geïdentificeerde en verplichte opleidingen volgen voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en om de kennis van de producten en diensten van het bedrijf uit te breiden.
- Problemen registeren en communiceren om een duurzame oplossing te vinden als onderdeel van een voortdurende verbetering van de dienstverlenging.
- Aanbevelingen doen aan de Team Leader voor de verbetering van de dienstverlenging ten behoeve van de tevredenheid van de klanten of efficiënter maken van de processen.
- Delen van kennis en ervaring door middel van opleidingen te geven, beschrijvingen te maken, deel te nemen aan workshops.
