**Wat zit er in jouw takenpakket?**
- Samen met ons sociaal secretariaat zorg je ervoor dat de verloning van onze medewerkers correct verloopt.
- Je verzamelt daarvoor alle nodige info, je berekent de vakantierechten, het vakantiegeld, de dertiende maandOok het bijhouden van de aan
- en afwezigheden hoort daarbij, evenals zoals het opvolgen van onze groeps
- en hospitalisatieverzekeringen.
- Met jouw organisatietalent optimaliseer je onze payroll workflow’s.
- Met evenveel plezier gooi jij je op diverse administratieve zaken (zoals het opmaken vanarbeidscontracten, het opvolgen sociale documenten ).
- Je volgt tevens het on
- en off boardingproces op van onze medewerkers.
- Je geeft heldere antwoorden op de HR-vragen die onze medewerkers je stellen.
- Je beheert het wagenpark.

**Kan jij je hierin vinden?**:
**Wie ben je?**
- Idealiter heb je zo’n 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in payroll en HR administratie.
- Je bent behoorlijk thuis in sociale wetgeving.
- Praktische ervaring met Hora/My Liantis is een pluspunt.
- Daarnaast kan je vlot overweg met MS Office, voornamelijk Word en Excel
- Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig.
- Je gaat voluit voor een goed resultaat en laat je niet uit je lood slaan door stress.
- Bovenal ben je een teamplayer met goede communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden.
