Introduction

The Sales Manager Northern Europe position is ideal for a driven leader with a proven record in selling capital equipment/parts. They will effectively manage profitably grow sales revenue to MSA customer base through internal and field sales teams. Reporting to the EMEA Senior Sales Director, this position focuses on identifying MSA prospects, developing key customer relationships, and effectively communicating the Donaldson value proposition while holding themselves and their team accountable for achieving and exceeding financial goals.

This position is based in our EMEA HQ office in Leuven. No other locations or full remote work is eligible for this role.

Mobile Solution Aftermarket (MSA) follows the Heavy-Duty aftermarket within Donaldson Engine Filtration. We deliver a full line of aftermarket fuel, lube, coolant and air intake filters for diesel engines, hydraulic and bulk tank filtrationplus exhaust system components.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of territory managers and sales engineers to execute the MSA Go to Market Strategy- Grow the business in the Northern Europe (UK, Benelux and Scandinavia) region by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities-
- Facilitate acquisition of Voice of the Customer and communicate throughout the organization- Lead internal teamwork and communication, global alignment across the organization, and smooth customer engagement with a unified message- Partner with marketing, product, engineering and operational teams to communicate and deliver complete value proposition to customer- Partner with marketing and engineering to create, propose and deliver solutions that align with customer feedback and the Donaldson value proposition- Drive organizational accountability to ensure positive customer experience from customer engagement, to order fulfillment, and through aftersales supportTRAVEL: Up to 25%

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience- 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience- 5+ years of direct supervisory or management experience- Previous experience in Tier 1 supplier organization.- Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree would be preferred- Previous Aftermarket Engine Filtration experience- Strong interpersonal skills- Motivating leadership skills- Knowledge of other languages like Swedish, French or Dutch is a plus
