Pour renforcer leur équipe commerciale, nous recherchons un **Sales Developer **expérimenté pour l'Europe avec un accent sur l'Europe francophone (par exemple, la Belgique, la France, la Suisse, etc.)
**Votre rôle**
Vos principales responsabilités:
- Étendre l’activité en Europe en mettant l'accent sur l'Europe francophone.
- Élaborer des stratégies de vente pour atteindre les objectifs de revenus.
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Prendre en charge le développement du pipeline de ventes et les objectifs de revenus.
- Mener des recherches et analyses de marché pour identifier les besoins des clients et les tendances du marché.
- Participer à des événements, des conférences et des salons professionnels pour promouvoir nos produits et services.
- Fournir régulièrement des rapports de vente et des prévisions à la direction.
**À propos de vous**
- Expérience commerciale dans les secteurs de l'instrumentation, du contrôle qualité, de la métrologie ou des industries connexes dans un contexte international.
- Un parcours éprouvé en atteignant des objectifs de vente et en stimulant la croissance des revenus à l'échelle internationale.
- Une expérience ou des connaissances dans l'industrie de l'horlogerie et de la précision constituent un avantage supplémentaire.
- Autonome, confiant(e), positif(ve) et organisé(e), avec une attitude proactive.
- Une formation technique ou une affinité avec le contrôle qualité et l'ingénierie des matériaux.
- Le français est votre langue maternelle, et vous maîtrisez l'anglais de manière courante. Des langues supplémentaires sont un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service client, y compris la capacité à performer sous pression.
- Disposé(e) à voyager 30 % du temps dans votre(s) région(s) désignée(s).
