**We are currently looking for a Cross-Industry Go-to-Market Manager to join our team in managing the commercial go-to-market strategy for Bricsys® portfolio of desktop and cloud solutions for the building, civil, industrial, and manufacturing industries.**
In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across our organisation to produce engaging, compelling sales & marketing content that inspires customers to explore and adopt Bricsys technology and workflows, conduct customer & industry research and work with product teams on strategy and product launches.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about how 2D, 3D and cloud technologies can help transform companies that create, plan and make things globally.
You will
- Lead solution storytelling for Bricsys® BricsCAD Products for applicable industries and personas.
- Own product and industry positioning for select industries and 2D & 3D CAD products. Create strong feedback loop with development, support, sales and field marketing to continuously refine customer positioning.
- Provide relevant industry thought leadership and showcase a deep understanding of prospect/client needs.
- Work with the sales & marketing leaders to deliver global, customer-facing product-level & industry sales tools such as brochures, case studies, presentations, workflow videos, demo datasets based on real-world scenarios, and trial training content plans. Measure and report on the effectiveness of sales tools against business objectives.
- Develop internal sales tools for Bricsys® BricsCAD such as key use cases / workflows, personas, ideal customer types, key features & benefits of new releases, value prompters, objection handling cheat sheets, etc.
- Conduct customer / market research via customer data and interviews. Must be able to assess large amounts of research data and create hypotheses, validate, and draw conclusions.
- Support Bricsys® BricsCAD product launches, marketing events & campaigns.
- Engage with Product Owners/Managers and pre-sales in beta releases to gain early insights into upcoming software releases and provide development feedback. Hands-on.
- Work with Product Management to conduct on-going, detailed competitive analysis and produce documentation regarding competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Deep understanding of building, civil, industrial, and manufacturing industries, and industry trends.
- **3+ years' experience in manufacturing industry.**:
- **2+ years' experience in a technical sales/technical marketing role within civil, mechanical / manufacturing, industrial engineering or construction industries.**:
- **Hands-on CAD experience.**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to create a use case workflow video to illustrate a story with customer value / business benefit.
- Imagine, initiate, and manage your own projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships, particularly with marketing, sales, product management, and channel partners.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent command of English. Any other European language, particularly French, Italian or German, is a plus.
- Availability for domestic and international travel (up to 30%).
