**Sounds like your kind of mission, but what will it entail?**

As a Key Partner Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful and enduring sustainable relationships with our Key Accounts (big chains and groups), by providing amazing service and support and understanding their needs and motivations to bring them to the next level of fighting food waste and increase their impact.
- As a Key Partner Manager you will:_
- Improve the efficiency of our high impact stores in saving food waste and make sure they save all their unsold items by ensuring their optimum performance and satisfaction and creatively solving their waste streams.
- Work closely together with the internal Key Account Sales team to ensure insights and analysis are shared with the relevant stakeholders and contacts and execute defined action plans.
- Organize and coordinate the onboarding of batches of stores onto the Too Good To Go platform
- Create and follow-up on a regular reporting system, to support Key Account Managers with crucial facts on how to improve each phase of the partners journey
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our Key Accounts (operations and waste management) and use this knowledge to act as the guardian of the store journey and the overall store experience
- Build a strong relationship with the Key Accounts and transform any acquired (and personal) knowledge into proactive actions, in order to guarantee a long-lasting cooperation and help them to make as much impact as possible.
- Conduct data analysis of store performance and use this to identify opportunities for growth and suggest ways to make improvements
- Contribute to the wider goals of the BE Success Partner Specialist Team as required

**Are you the Waste Warrior we’re looking for?**
- You are fluent or have professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English
- You are at the crossroads of being a hunter and farmer - getting satisfaction out of pitching new ideas and execute them on the long run.
- You have commercial skills, negotiations strategies and strong analytical skills
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills
- You have exceptional project management skills, able to effectively juggle and organize multiple priorities
- You are a killer at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- You have a good knowledge of G Suite and/or Microsoft Office, preferably with strong Google sheet skills
- You have an analytical mindset with a comfort working with data and producing reports
- You have an empathetic and patient approach
- You’re autonomous and independent - you are able to schedule your time and juggle multiple tasks at a time with mínimal guidance
- You have a positive and proactive mindset, ready to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing organization
- You’re a team-player and innovative problem solver, keen to learn, collaborate and bring your own ideas to the table
- You take initiative: you’re someone who gets things done and can take the lead in doing so
