**Functie**:
Als** Contract Manager** bestaat je functie uit 2 luiken:
- Opvolgen van klanten op niveau van technische vragen, planningen en facturatie.
- Opbouwen van een vertrouwensband met jouw toegewezen klanten.
- Planningen opmaken in het system en beheer van depannages.
- Financiële opvolging en budgetten oplossen.
- Team aansturen (3 - 8 personen)
- Team planningen opmaken
- Teams voldoende informeren met oog op kwaliteit
- Rekening houden met de vooropgestelde KPI’s
- Uitvoeren en toezien op de vooropgestelde maatregelen omtrent veiligheid, verwelkomen van nieuwe medewerkers, etc
- Indien nodig doe je ook verbetervoorstellen.
- Evaluatiegesprekken voeren
**Profiel**:
- Je behaalde een diploma richting bachelor elektromechanica
- Enkele jaren ervaring in het aansturen van teams, of uitvoerend onderhoudstechnieker HVAC.
- Je weet hoe ene team te motiveren en aan te sturen.
- Een uitdaging ga je niet uit de weg, maar zie je als een opportuniteit.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
