Zurich Insurance has an exciting opportunity for a well-organized, independent and flexible executive assistant to join our team. Are you able to Are you eager to take your career to the next level?

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Assistance to CEO:

- Complex diary management (resolve clashes, suggest and make changes to accommodate high priority meetings)
- Set up internal & external meetings and lunches/dinners
- Travel: ensure good balance in presence between Belgium and Netherlands, book accommodation in Netherlands and any other travel as requested
- Act as contact person for external parties as well as internal Group colleagues
- Expenses
- Executive Committee:

- Assist Benelux Executive members with diary management as requested
- Set up internal meetings as well as external e.g. with brokers and clients
- Draft bi-weekly Executive meeting agenda and take minutes during meeting
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Benelux Management Team:

- Provide ad-hoc support when requested
- Organize quarterly off-site meetings
- Workers Council
- Draft agenda and take minutes during monthly meeting
- Other general tasks may include acting as back-up for the Facilities Coordinator, plan quarterly All staff meeting, staff events such as New Year dinner/Family Day etc.
- Work in close collaboration with the Strategic Assistant to the CEO

**Your profile**
- Several years of experience in a similar role and business environment
- Experience in general Office Administration and assistance
- Well-organized and problem solving attitude
- Stress resistant, accurate and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent in Dutch & English, French is a plus
