We are seeking a dedicated External Sales Representative to join the dynamic team from our client. As an External Sales Representative, your role involves actively approaching external clients and partners to promote and sell the products and services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive skills are essential attributes that will enable you to expand the customer base in your assigned region.

**Job Description**:
The External Sales Representative works in collaboration with the Internal Sales team. Your responsibility is to ensure excellent service and customer communication for a specific region or customer portfolio.

Your daily responsibilities include prospecting new accounts (30% prospecting) and expanding product offerings to existing accounts (70% focused on upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship management).

Maintaining and promoting customer satisfaction and loyalty is of utmost importance. You will also provide support to customers through the online platform, our e-shop.
