Who are we looking for?

To help us maintain our annual double-digit growth, we are adding a Business Development Manager to our team. In this role, you enjoy moving from one deal to the next, continuously finding and drawing in new leads. You are what people define as a hunter type in business development. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are service-oriented and pro-active.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify and target potential clients in Belgium and abroad.

Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their unique IT needs.

Collaborate with our expert technical teams to tailor solutions that meet clients' needs in cybersecurity, digital transformation and cloud.

Close deals and contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

Requested qualifications

Medior-level experience in business development, preferably in IT consultancy or a related field in B2B.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in French and/or Dutch with an excellent knowledge of the second national language, fluent in English is a must.

Willingness to travel extensively within Belgium and occasionally abroad.
