**Description**:
As an Office assistantr you will be in carge of the following:
- Connection to the landlord/reception
- Control office supplies
- Liaise with the selected service providers for all office and telecom maintenance
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, packages
- Prepare monthly reports HSE KPI and work accident
- Manage communication tools and events
- Liaise with external fleet management company
- Liaise with payroll and HR team for cross topics : absences, working permits, record of expense notes.
- Assist employees with exceptional travel arrangements such as visas if any
**Profile**
Wanted:
- You are highly fluent in English and French.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You have a passion for people and are a great team player.
- You think pro-actively and act pragmatic.
**Offer**
You will be working on a part-time basis, 20h/week, 4 hours every morning in the office, with a permanent contract of indefinite duration. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive extra-legal benefits (meal vouchers, insurance,...).
