We are currently recruiting a Legal Personal Assistant for one of our clients, an American law firm located in the center of Brussels. You will play an active role in the support to the Partners (2) and in the daily running of the library. Missions are to be executed in Brussels. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits. This is a temporary contract in view of a permanent one starting as of July 2023.

**The role is inclusive of, but not limited to**:

- Editing, archiving and producing various types of documents
- Arranging meetings, presentations and other events
- Agenda management
- Timesheet management
- Processing expenses
- Archiving and keeping up to date the law firm’s library (40% of working hours)

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) with a very good command of Italian
- Proven experience as Management Assistant /Legal Assistant role in any international law firm or similar environment is an asset
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Team player yet autonomous, proactive, flexible
- Excellent knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
