Receptionist - Customer Service

- Manage customer relationships (i.e. welcoming, registration, facility tour, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Assist with set-up, cleaning, preventative maintenance of the studio.
- Actively participate in the sales process
- Ensure the technical functioning of the studio (i.e. lighting, showers, internet, heating, etc.) and safety of customers and staff.
- Be responsible for the selling of goodies (e.g. t-shirts) and snacks (e.g. smoothies)
- Become an ambassador of GOBOX by building a community, promoting positively in your surroundings and maintaining motivation and connections between members to achieve the commercial objectives set by management.
- Suggest new ideas of classes and activities to management to grow membership.

- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required (experience in a fitness club or similar is a plus).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of French and Dutch being a strong advantage.
- Skills & Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, punctuality, professionalism, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box. Candidates should be open-minded, friendly, and outgoing, with a good sense of humor and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Requirements: Must live in Brussels and have a valid Student@Work profile.
- Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in Belgium.

Min. 3 hours per week with fixed or flexible hours:

1. Weekday morning (7h to 10h)
2. Weekday lunch (11h30 to 14h30)
3. Weekday evening (16h30 to 21h30)
4. Weekend morning (9h30 to 13h30)
5. Weekend afternoon (16h30 - 18h30)

A salary compensation of 12,39€ / hour
