Actively prospect new clients via cold calling, LinkedIn and networking Identify decision-makers and pitch Sander with conviction Manage a full B2B cycle : discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing Nurture client relationships through rigorous follow-up Hunt the best profiles through direct approach and sourcing Conduct qualification interviews and assess candidate fit Present candidates, manage feedback and steer offer negotiations Accompany candidates all the way through to signed contract Bachelor's degree minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a B2B role : sales, business development or account management Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach Results-driven, resilient and motivated by commissions Fluent in French & English Ba...
