About the Role
This position involves driving sales growth through strategic account planning and customer engagement across Belgium. The role requires daily travel to visit hospitals, homecare accounts, wholesalers, and other key institutions, with occasional overnight stays and travel to the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets by executing strategic sales plans
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth
- Negotiate and secure hospital contracts
- Presentation and promotion of product portfolio
- Delivery of engaging product training sessions and company presentations
- Active participation in hospital procurement processes and public tenders
- Planning and execution of effective product launch strategies for channel partners and customers
