Job Title: Sales Growth Associate
We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our sales team as a Sales Growth Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Identification: Identify and qualify potential partners, assessing their business needs, capabilities, and values to ensure alignment with our company model
- Needs Analysis: Analyze and understand the partner's profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship
- Demonstrations: Develop personalized demonstrations of Odoo, showcasing its features and benefits to prospective partners
- Negotiations: Negotiate conditions for collaboration, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or software industry
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Dutch, Polish, Czech) a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit for Belgium
