Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our Odoo partner acquisition team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with IT providers across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential partners and qualify their interest in collaborating with us.

  • Analyze and understand the partner's profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a mutually beneficial relationship.

  • Provide personalized product demonstrations and quote/negotiate conditions for collaboration.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch or Polish or Czech or any Eastern European language.

  • A solid understanding of business principles and curiosity to learn more.

  • Excellent analytical skills and a hunting spirit.

  • No cold calling - leads come from marketing channels.

  • High commissions for best sellers.
