We are seeking an experienced candidate with a strong network and in-depth understanding of the hospitality industry to fill the position of Commercial Growth Manager at nhow Brussels.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial, communication, and analytical skills, enabling them to make smart business decisions in the creation and execution of the commercial plan.

Key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales & marketing strategies, positioning the hotel as a business leader in the market, and ensuring M&E revenue is always maximized.

As part of the role, you will monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

You will work closely with the Hotel Director and in-house sales/m&e teams to ensure successful account deployment and execution, while also establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry professionals.
