As Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in driving this growth strategy forward. Your mission will be to design and execute a world-class sales strategy that fuels our ambitious revenue targets. With a strong sales mindset and a deep passion for driving revenue growth, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed our goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of scaling sales teams and revenue. Your ability to coach and develop sales professionals on techniques, processes, and best practices will be essential in building a strong sales organization. Additionally, your collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with our marketing and production teams to drive alignment and optimize our sales strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams. A strong data-driven approach and the ability to analyze performance metrics will also be crucial in optimizing our sales strategies and driving continuous improvement.

  • Scale and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Restructure and optimize our sales organization to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that enhance efficiency and drive growth.
  • Coach, mentor, and train the sales team on advanced sales techniques, pipeline management, and negotiation skills.
  • Foster a strong collaboration with the marketing team to ensure a well-balanced division of tasks between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with the production team to streamline the after-sales process and ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Establish and refine KPIs, processes, and tools to monitor sales performance and drive continuous improvement.
