About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Lancer Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive business growth and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales budgets, commercial strategies, and action plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Prepare business and product presentations to support sales proposals (RFPs)
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment and progress towards goals
  • Coordinate sales forecasts and align with S&OP processes
  • Contribute to corporate initiatives in areas such as product development and marketing plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or business development roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth with major clients
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams to achieve results
  • Knowledge of the beverage and/or foodservice industry preferred
