Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales leadership executive to join our team as Head of Sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Growth:
    • Lead and develop a high-performance sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and maximize customer value.
    • Identify new customers and markets through proactive lead generation and account management.
  • Customer-Centric Focus:
    • Work closely with the product and operations teams to align sales strategies with product development and customer expectations.
    • Identify opportunities for growth in existing and untapped markets.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in sales leadership, with experience managing sales teams and delivering results.
  • A solid background in B2B sales, preferably in aviation software, SaaS, or related technology industries.
  • A strong strategic mindset, with the ability to execute hands-on and drive results.
