Customer Care Advisor

Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon, WhatsApp en e-mail en geef je hen zo volledig mogelijk antwoord. Onze klanten zijn divers, van particulieren tot grote bedrijven, en hun vragen lopen sterk uiteen-van het aanpassen van een btw-nummer tot assistentie bij pech langs de weg of vragen over technische keuringen. Ze kunnen altijd op jouw hulp rekenen

Profiel

Customer Care Advisor

  • Je beheerst het Frans en Nederlands uitstekend, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Je hebt een "can-do" mentaliteit, bent gepassioneerd over het oplossen van problemen voor klanten en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Naast communiceren, ben je ook een luisteraar die de behoeften van je gesprekspartner goed aanvoelt. Het helpen van anderen geeft je voldoening.
  • Werken onder druk schrikt je niet af-tot wel 80 oproepen per dag is geen probleem voor jou.
  • Wij werken niet met vaste scripts, dus het is belangrijk dat je een analytisch vermogen hebt om in te schatten wat er nodig is om klanten echt te helpen.
  • Je bent geduldig, empathisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler: Je weet hoe belangrijk het is om bepaalde zaken te documenteren, zodat collega's goed geïnformeerd verder kunnen werken.
