Your Role & Responsibilities

As the Digital Lead for Customer Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing customer-centric digital initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a digital CX strategy, ensuring seamless, personalized, and engaging experiences across all digital channels.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, leveraging data, technology, and innovative approaches.
  • Driving customer insights and analytics, utilizing tools such as AI, machine learning, and behavioral analytics to enhance decision-making and customer engagement.
  • Identifying emerging trends in digital CX, including omnichannel engagement, automation, and UX/UI best practices, to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborating with marketing, IT, product, and operations teams to align digital strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Managing key customer experience platforms, ensuring optimal integration of CRM, digital marketing tools, and customer feedback systems.
  • Optimizing digital touchpoints, including websites, mobile apps, chatbots, and social media, to enhance user satisfaction and conversion rates.
  • Championing a customer-first mindset, fostering innovation and best practices in digital transformation across the organization.
  • Tracking KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve CX and digital engagement.


RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

  • Proven experience in digital customer experience, digital transformation, or a related field, ideally in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of CX principles, digital trends, UX/UI design, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with customer journey mapping, omnichannel strategies, and digital analytics tools.
  • Expertise in CRM, marketing automation, personalization, and AI-driven CX solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to align digital initiatives with business goals.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence key decision-makers.
  • A data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing customer insights, performance metrics, and behavioral trends.
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is highly preferred.
  • Experience in industries such as retail, banking, telecom, or e-commerce is a plus.
