In deze cruciale rol als Customer Service Specialist is een grondige kennis van onze producten, focusgebieden en de benodigde tools en procedures van groot belang.

  • Je zult professioneel omgaan met klantvragen en problemen van ziekenhuizen, distributeurs, chirurgen en andere klanten. Deze problemen kunnen betrekking hebben op verkoop, backorders, vertraagde of verkeerde leveringen, retouren en meer. Jij verstrekt nauwkeurige informatie over onze producten, prijzen, beschikbaarheid en andere relevante zaken.
     
  • Daarnaast zorg je voor een tijdige opvolging van orderafhandelingskwesties en bied je hoogwaardige oplossingen voor backorders en andere ordergerelateerde activiteiten. Je handelt diverse after-sales taken af, zoals de opvolging van reparaties en speciale bestellingen, de administratieve afhandeling van leveringen, retouren en prijsproblemen, en het beheer van demomateriaal en -monsters.
     
  • Bij ons draait het niet alleen om het oplossen van problemen, maar ook om continue verbetering. Jij denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en onderneemt zowel proactieve als reactieve acties om onze dienstverlening steeds naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
     
  • Na verloop van tijd krijg je de kans om je te specialiseren in een bepaald gebied, waardoor je jouw expertise verder kunt ontwikkelen en een onmisbare schakel wordt binnen ons team.
Profiel

Om onze uitdagende en afwisselende customer service rol de juiste invulling te geven, gaan wij op zoek naar het volgende:

  • Jij kan als geen ander de puzzelstukjes tot een geheel brengen in complexe vraagstukken. Hierbij hou je steeds de klant in het achterhoofd en kan je hen voorzien van het meest complete antwoord.
  • Je bent consequent nauwkeurig werken in je dagelijkse taken.
  • Positieve teamspeler met een oplossingsgerichte houding en de wil om te winnen en door te bijten bij complexe cases.
  • Je bent iemand dynamisch, met een zekere zelfredzaamheid en autonomie. Je durft te vragen en dingen in handen te nemen.
  • Een vlotte tweetaligheid Nederlands/Frans, bij voorkeur met een goede kennis Engels.
